The new restaurant at the hotel was not up to par, with very bright lights and a disappointing pizza.

A bright, airy atmosphere overlooking the centuries old garden, where guests can find some of the cellar's fine vintages, which naturally represent the renowned vineyards of the surrounding hills of Bologna and Italy. I felt like I was sipping on a glass of wine straight from the vineyard, surrounded by the beauty of nature.

The wine selection was also impressive, offering good value for money. The secure underground parking made it easy to transfer luggage to the room.

I had a wonderful stay at this hidden gem on the outskirts of Bologna. The hotel, Relais Villa Valfiore, is a beautiful old villa that has been upgraded into a luxurious hotel. The room was spacious and clean, and the grounds and pool area were immaculate. The service from the staff was exceptional, especially Mr. Michaol and Ms. Ambritha. We enjoyed delicious meals at the hotel restaurant, which had a great menu to choose from. it was a relaxing and enjoyable experience.
